    You’ll meet with a group of other dads twice each month over 3 months. Every meeting centers on a relevant theme, with guided discussion help you get valuable feedback and clarity on the choices ahead of you.

    This one is built for dads to break through the small talk and connect on what matters most. The agreements, prompts, and questions here promote depth, invite authenticity, and keep you moving toward positive outcomes.

    Work through the self-guided practice modules in the course in between group meetings to share insights & milestones with others.

    Get expert guidance and attuned reflection from a program facilitator in a 1-on-1 meeting. You’ll refine your plan, strategize on your unique situation, and cultivate your vision for your future.

    Welcome to RE/Course, an online program created specifically to support fathers navigating the challenges of divorce. RE/Course is offered by RE/DO Academy (www.redo-academy.com), which is owned and operated by Griffes Facilitation Co. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the RE/Course program. By enrolling in RE/Course, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

  • RE/Course is a digital learning experience designed to help fathers rebuild their lives and families after divorce. The program includes:

    • Live online group meetings

    • A curated online community of peers

    • A comprehensive self-paced course

    All materials are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in RE/Course. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • The content of RE/Course is not legal, financial, or psychological advice. While the program offers tools and strategies to support emotional resilience, personal growth, and family well-being, all decisions made during or after the course are your own.

    Griffes Facilitation Co., RE/DO Academy, and its instructors are not responsible for the outcomes of your legal case(s), custody arrangements, financial situation, or personal relationships. We encourage all participants to seek guidance from qualified legal, financial, or mental health professionals when needed.

  • Our online community is a safe, confidential, and respectful space. By participating, you agree to:

    • Maintain confidentiality of shared experiences

    • Refrain from harassment, hate speech, or disrespect

    • Follow any additional guidelines shared by moderators

    Failure to comply may result in removal from the community without refund.

  • All course materials are the intellectual property of Griffes Facilitation Co. You may not copy, share, record, or redistribute any content from RE/Course without written permission.

  • Payment is due at the time of enrollment.

    Because space in RE/Group is limited to ensure a close-knit, supportive cohort of fathers, we offer the following refund policy:

    • Participants may withdraw for a full refund any time before the official start date of the program.

    • Participants may request a partial refund, minus a 10% administrative fee, up to 14 days after the program start date.

    • No refunds will be issued after 14 days from the program start date.

    This policy is in place to support the integrity of the group experience and ensure the best possible outcomes for everyone involved.

    To request a refund, please email hello@redo-academy.com. We may ask for feedback to help improve the program, but this is not required to process your refund.

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue elements of RE/Group and RE/Course at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants of significant changes.
