Diversity Statement

At RE/DO Academy, we are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and affirming environment for all individuals who identify as fathers, regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, age, religion, ability, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or family structure.

Our mission is to support fathers through the difficult and often isolating experience of divorce. We recognize that every father’s story is different, and we believe that healing and growth are most effective in spaces that honor diversity and foster belonging. Through our online courses and guided groups, we strive to cultivate a community rooted in respect, openness, and shared humanity.

We actively seek to ensure that our content, communication, and facilitation practices reflect this commitment. We continue to listen, learn, and evolve in order to make our programs more accessible, inclusive, and trauma-informed.

Accessibility

We are continually working to make our digital platforms and course materials accessible to individuals with disabilities. If you have specific access needs, please contact us at hello@redo-academy.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Non-Discrimination

RE/DO Academy does not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or exclusionary behavior in any part of its programs. We reserve the right to remove participants from the program who violate this standard, in order to preserve a safe and supportive environment for all.
